Barron McCann’s UK and European Service Centre is based at our Operational Headquarters in Derby, operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our customers can interface into our Service Centre across a number of technologies including voice, dedicated EDI links and our Customer Web Portal. Our multi-skilled Service Centre provides call receipt, call despatch, service planning and numerous technical services. All of our Service Centre teams have a full understanding of the markets they work within and the associated stress points, to enable a service led, focused response every time.
