prince2-logoOur dedicated project management team skilfully construct a tailor-made deployment programme to take into account all aspects of acquisition, hangaring, build, installation, training and ongoing support, in order to provide a complete end-to-end service.

We will advise on latest practises and cost-effective planning measures to ensure deployments go smoothly, meaning your staff can stay totally productive throughout the deployment of a new system.

  • Project Definition Workshop –  We map the requirements and set-up channels of communication, allocating the team and their responsibilities.  This is then fed into the PID.
  • PID (Project Initiation Document) Agreement – A PID is created as a common point of reference defining the project and its requirements which is approved by the customer.
  • Formalised Change Request Processes – Ensures customer requirements are processed smoothly and efficiently
  • RAID Log (Risks, Issues, Decisions and Actions) – Records all key project related matters, captures information and mitigates risks by highlighting them early on in the project life-cycle.
  • PPR (Post Project Review) – A constructive process which shares lessons learned with the customer about the project, what could have been done differently/better.

By working closely with our clients and their teams, we really understand their needs and are able to provide an exact solution that meets their specific requirements.

Once the full scope of the project has been understood, our project management team will then prepare a deployment programme, project initiation documentation, RAID Log and change control . They will then prepare installation procedures, build instructions and sign-off documentation. Formal feedback procedures (reporting, conference calls and meetings) are agreed, as well as collaboration mechanisms for any other parties involved. They then schedule installations and liaise with customer sites and contacts throughout the project, with handover and project closure documentation provided at pre-agreed milestones.
