IT Workshop

A dedicated team of 30 on-site Workshop Engineers repair and test more than 7,000 components of business critical customer equipment each month

An experienced thirty-strong Workshop Engineering team operates seven days per week, repairing all items down to component level where required.  Inventory levels and usage are system-monitored, automatically prioritising repairs according to account-specific operational requirements. By providing extended warranty support the working life of IT assets is substantially extend beyond the lifetimes supported by the Original Equipment Manufacturers.  HP, Brother, Fujitsu, Toshiba Tec, NCR, Wincor Nixdorf and Digipos are a selection of companies whose equipment we support.

Located in our operational headquarters building, the engineering workshop tracks all equipment by serial number to ensure that rogue units are not introduced at any point during the workshop process, which is both ISO9001 and ISO27001 certified.

Devices that cannot be directly repaired by the workshop service (such as PEDs) are repaired by their respective manufacturers – managed by Barron McCann to ensure that the relevant SLA’s and quality levels are complied with.
