Once the full scope of the project has been understood, our project management team will then prepare a deployment programme, project initiation documentation, RAID Log and change control . They will then prepare installation procedures, build instructions and sign-off documentation. Formal feedback procedures (reporting, conference calls and meetings) are agreed, as well as collaboration mechanisms for any other parties involved. They then schedule installations and liaise with customer sites and contacts throughout the project, with handover and project closure documentation provided at pre-agreed milestones.
